Training & Certification of VH cable splicing
In line with our core belief to train the local work force, PTE has joined hands with Pfisterer/Ixosil Switzerland, one of the leading manufacturers of HV cable joints & terminations, to establish a state of the art training center in Jeddah. This serves to train the maintenance staff of utilities & contractors for installation of the HV cable accessories. Furthermore, we also provide training on preventive maintenance of oil filled and XLPE EHV/HV cables to ensure an uninterrupted power network across the kingdom.
Installation of power equipment
High-voltage, transmission &substations are central to the complex power transmission infrastructure today. PTE’s involvement in highly complex projects, over a wide range of scope, has seen us working for installation of power equipment, in compliance with relevant codes &standards. We have teams of talented engineers & technicians equipped with modern state of the art equipment & machinery.
Ingress protection of enclosure
Testing for IP55, IP65, IP 66 & IP-68 degree of protection as per IEC 60529 & NEMA-4, NEMA-5, NEMA 6 & NEMA 6P at our testing laboratory in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
Ozone Testing
Testing for Ozone Resistance up to 50ppm (parts per million) at our laboratory in Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
